Looking for Flamingos in Celestun

El otro dia nos decidimos ir a fotografiar flamingos a las playas de Celestún ya que es ahi donde ellos deciden siempre ir en la peninsula de Yucatan. Jamas había mostrado Celestun en mi blog y no se porque ya que no queda tan lejos de donde vivo. Si me siguen en mis redes sociales habrán visto que publique fotos de mi fin de semana ahi, la playa y la comida que disfrute, como manitas de cangrejo  que por cierto estuvieron D E L I C I O S A S, siempre las recomiendo si amas la comida de mar como yo ya que tienen un sabor que solo a los de paladar de guerrero les gusta. 

El viaje para buscar a los flamingos no es rápido ni sencillo, se navega por Celestun en bote por hora y media a una velocidad muy rápida, yo le pedi a el chico que manejaba el bote que se detuviera un momento cerca de los flamingos para fotografiarlos. 

Celestun se ha convertido en una reserva ecológica los últimos tres años, el gobierno cuida mucho esta zona ya que hay una biosfera hermosa. El siguiente lugar que les mostrare es el ojo de agua que se encuentra en Celestun también, estén pendientes.

The other day we woke up and we decided to shoot in a different place so we went to search flamingos in Celestún because there's where these fellas goes in Yucatan to live. I have never showed this place before in my blog and it's not that far from my hometown. If you follow me on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter you have already seen my pictures with the beautiful background of the emerald beach of Celestun. I also publish what I ate those days like colorful lollipops and crab hands and it was really D E L I C I O U S, I always recommend this food to those who love sea food as me because the flavor is really strong. 

The trip is not quick, you must travel in a small boat for an hour and half in the beautiful sea of Celestun to finally reach flamingos, I ask for the guy to stop when I saw the first flamingos taking their bath so I can shot.

Celestun now is an eco friendly zone because it has a big and beautiful wildlife where you can find  flaming and crocodiles (pretty dangerous right?), even government has extra care for this place. The next stop is going to be a Ojo de Agua which is like a cenote, stay tuned!!
