Hotel/Resort Outfits (Part I)

Junto con mis publicaciones Summer Beach Outfits surgió la idea de también hacer una serie de outfits que te podrían ayudar a crear unos looks para los días que vas a estar en el hotel. Así que Kipzia y yo nos aventuramos a fotografiar en un hotel que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, este hotel es muy peculiar porque tiene un concepto de una casa colonial antigua, muy parecida a la casa azul de Frida Kahlo. 

Este outfit es muy cómodo para ir a desayunar o ir a el bar cerca de tu recamara durante el día.  No olviden que comodidad no esta peleado con lo cool que puede ser tu outfit. Estando en la playa uno se olvida de las formalidades de usar camisa de mangas y unos pantalones. En los hoteles con playa uno normalmente va vestido a los buffets muy comodo, incluso muchos van con havaianas en vez de zapatos. Yo prefiero usar loafers ya que brinda un poco de formalidad a mi outfit y son los zapatos para el verano. Ya que estoy usando un tank top y unos short shorts necesitaba un accesorio que le pudiese dar mas formalidad sin quitarle lo casual. Los mocasines con el estampado mas veraniego fueron la clave.

Along with my Summer Beach Outfits series I came with the idea of sharing some outfits for your days in the hotel/resort you will be staying, so here is the first part of Hotel/Resort Outfits. To create this series Kipzia and I went downtown to shoot in this hotel which has a colonial style, similar to Frida Kahlo's house.

This outfit is really comfortable to wear when you are going to go to the bar or the buffet. When you normally stay in a beach hotel the buffets and pool bars are really casual so you don't need to wear a shirt and pants, you can go with shorts and tanks. There are some restaurants inside of the hotel where you must wear pants and shirts but if  you go to do your breakfast or brunch in a buffet you can go really fresh and there's no problem. Many people choose to wear havaianas instead of shoes but I don't really like how they look when you are wearing tanks and shorts, it's too casual forme. My choice is loafers, this type of shoes are the key to create a more formal look but not forgetting that you are at the beach. If your loafers have a summer print like this ones then you are ready to go.
